Question:

Whenever I am vulnerable with my husband and communicate sincerely how his actions make me feel, he says I am exaggerating and by saying all that just trying to manipulate him to do or not to do certain things. He does not believe I am completely honest. Because it’s painful, I don’t always want to show any more my true feelings because I know he takes it as a manipulation and control. Is there any recommendations about that?
