Question

We are more than 2 years out, completed EMS Online, and did very well in our recovery process. However, I have noticed changes in myself… I lash out at our kids much quicker than I used to. I do not tolerate any form of disrespect and will be very quick to point out how unappreciative members of my family are of me and the things I do for them. I thought it would go away as we recovered from my husband's affair but now, more than 2 years later, it seems to have become a new way of reacting to certain things. How do I ensure that this doesn't change me into a miserable person?
