This happens during periods when I am adamant about saving our marriage. He is sweet, close, and touches me during periods where we are on-and-off discussing separation. I found out seven months ago and it has been hell just getting where we got and then he was with her again two weeks ago. During all these times, he has been sweet and loving and feeling bad when I'm considering leaving him. He is ambivalent and dwells in the negative during times when I am feeling like I won't leave him and want very much to save the marriage. How do I interpret this? It feels so hurtful and makes me doubt my own mind when I think he's getting better and he's really not.
