Question:

How should I manage the feeling that “I will never be enough for him?” I feel this is true because he choose to have the affair. My husband is willing to do whatever it takes to get beyond this but he is not very consistent and still not doing much to reconnect with me and see me as a woman. I know he loves the kids and the idea of marriage and all but what about me? I know I have my issues with comparison but I just don’t think that I will ever be enough for him.

Not a satisfying answer

I don't feel like this really answered the question that so many of us feel after he betrayal. We feel rejected and compared and cast aside. I would really appreciate some practical advice about this. How can we be enough when the person is looking elsewhere?
