Question

We have been married for four years and at the two year mark the infidelity happened. It only lasted 2 months. I continued seeing my affair partner for another month but without sex because he was my co-worker. I didn't tell my husband the complete truth at the beginning, up to 3 months after the first D-Day. I don't want to know anything about my affair partner today, and I eliminated all contact with him from the moment I told my husband the complete truth. However, my husband doesn't believe anything I say, he even tells me that he seems cynical to tell him that I love him. It's been a year and 5 months since I told him the truth, he took Hope for Healing and we are in EMS Online, and I feel that everything is worse than the beginning.
