Question:

We have two marital children, now there is an affair child the same age as our 2nd. He wants to be in the affair child's life. This would be so simple if there were no emotions involved. The affair partner wishes he was with her and her child and is making things as difficult as possible. I am hurt and betrayed that they speak on a daily basis regarding the child. This makes it hard for me to raise our children and rebuild the marriage. Must our children or the other children be chosen for everyone's sanity? Is there ever a healthy and happy ending where all 3 children grow up together even though the other woman doesn't want that? What can the wayward spouse do to help the marriage through this?
