Question

I am a 40-year-old wayward spouse with a history of significant porn watching, visiting strip clubs and engaging with escorts. No emotional affair outside marriage. As I look to recover, one of the elements that I want to work on is to stop objectifying women. I have three questions. What leads to me, and many other men, objectifying women? How do I control or stop it? What between the following evils is more harmful to recovery - Watching porn with women actors who readily portray themselves as objects or objectifying women in real life?

What type of affair was it?
