Question:

Hi I am wondering how to go about not managing my husband’s recovery. To be honest I don't know how to feel that I can trust that he has a God. I find myself wanting to send him links. He knows about the Hope for Healing for the betrayer. Doesn't take any action. He is with his AP and tells me is hiding and not talking to anyone and tells me he is drinking heavier anytime we talk. I have now limited the time we talk. I know I have to focus on myself and my healing. What steps can I take to have trust that God will take care of him. Do I pray. It doesn't feel like enough. Is there something you can share that will shift my thinking. I don't want to feel bad for him while I am healing from the most hurtful thing I have ever encountered from his actions.
