Question: 

Do you have tips for dealing with having to see my husband’s AP on a regular basis? Her children go to school with my kids, we live in the same neighborhood, and we belong to the same fitness center and pool. The dread of running into her is ruining my ability to enjoy school events and is causing me to get stuck thinking about her, which is hurting my recovery efforts. I am not going to be able to avoid her, I just need help learning how to cope with seeing and being around her.
