Question:

Since my husband's affair and most of the lies have been disclosed, our intimacy has suffered greatly. At first, I tried to compete with his AP. That didn't work well for me. It just made things much worse. Much time has passed since then. We have tried to work on our marriage. Intimacy is still a huge problem. But now the problem is his. He never "enjoys" our time together. Honestly, there is a huge disconnect between us. Sex was the one thing that we had left. Is it me? Is it his stress? Is he still thinking about her? I'm ready to just walk away and allow both of us to find what makes us happy. What can I do to help him or should I even bother at this point?
