Question:

Discovery for my husband’s infidelity was about 8 months ago. Our anniversary was this past month, and I felt I was thrown back into the first month of discovery with panic attacks and extreme depression and rage. Is this something I should expect throughout the remainder of our marriage? I have a 2-month-old daughter, so I know that PPMD is playing a factor. I am having trouble distinguishing what is due to the trauma of the affair and is just postpartum. I really just want to be able to prepare myself if I choose to stay. Will be choosing days of debilitating pain for the remainder of my life here on earth?
