I’m struggling a lot with still feeing some distance between my husband and I. His infidelity lasted 3 years, sexual and emotional. First D-Day was Jan. 2020, the last D-Day was Jan. 2021 - he spent the year still entangled. I am feeling pretty confident that he isn’t engaging with her anymore. We attended EMS Weekend, we are doing EMS Online, and I am still grappling with him a bit on the spectrum of feeling emotional distance in regards to him reconnecting with me in the ways that we used to. Am I expecting too much too soon, how long does it take to start to see that coming back? I want to have a healthy expectation.
