My husband has had a porn addiction since his teenage years, we were college sweethearts and were together for 13 years before our marriage of 10 years. After marriage he seemed to lose interest in me sexually and eventually his porn addiction led to a sex addiction and he was in a 3.5 year affair to fulfill his sexual desires but wanting to stay with me the entire time. He claims he suffered from the Madonna-Whore Complex particularly after marriage and me having children and that this disorder was the reason behind his going astray and the affair. I believe it was the porn and sex addiction that caused the affair but he believes this disorder played a big role. Can you please explain this?
