Question:

My spouse has been doing a great job at being there for me as the betrayal spouse. Today he told me, “I can’t help but feel a little selfish because I’ve been focused on helping you and being there for you and it’s starting to feel like no one is helping me. We have other life responsibilities and the kids and it’s just a lot”. He has been so good to me with my grieving. I don’t want him to get too overwhelmed either. How can I be more help to him like he has been for me? I don’t know how what to do to be any help for him because he has not been able to yet start his process for the unfaithful recovery. We are attending a weekend in April and I don’t want us to fall while waiting for our weekend. We have already done the 7 day boot camp & that has helped. It has been 2 weeks from full discovery and feel we are on the right track, but I want to know ways to help him as well.
