I am participating in EMSO and I am at week 5, anger management. In the video you mention the behaviors that lead to the escalation of emotions and anger. I get those. But my concern is: what do I do with my incredibly strong feeling of anger? I have read it everywhere that suppressing your emotions can lead to cancer or heart attacks and I do not want to have that outcome. My question to you is: what do I do with those emotions that I am feeling? How can I give them an outlet in a healthy way? Please don't say sports. I would like to do something at the present space and time which is not harmful, but still effective.
