My spouse had an affair at work. I have seen some of the emails and I find it hard to believe they managed to keep it a secret. They think they did. My spouse still works there. There is no real way of confirming whether coworkers suspect. My spouse’s recovery program is not something that is known in the workplace. So my question is, how can my honor be restored without confirming what they may "know" or revealing what they may not "know"? In the meantime, I do not go there and have major triggers when we see coworkers out and about around town.
