In developing my story of emotional infidelity, I have difficulty remembering details around many events. This is perceived as hiding and is problematic for my betrayed spouse. The therapist in today's session said that he had the same problem but that eventually he forced remembrance. Many of my memories are clouded by alcohol and by being triggered during the event. How can these memories be recovered?
