Question:

My husband's affair partner was 35 years younger than me. Before the affair, I could look in the mirror and think I was holding up quite well for age. Now, I keep seeing the image of him with that rosey, firm, young flesh, and feeling hideous about myself. He is not saying these things. Just when I look in the mirror, I feel nauseous, like "who could possibly be attracted to that?" I have literally had to cover up the bathroom mirror to not see myself naked. We are 18 months post D-day. How do I get over this?
