I have no desire to be back with her. And I love my wife more than I ever have. Why do I still have random thoughts of the affair partner, some with feelings and some without? Some are just pictures of her in my mind and others are imagined situations. I take steps, such as quoting Scripture and thinking about my wife, immediately when I have these thoughts and find that they go away quickly. Are there things that I can do to eliminate these intrusive thoughts completely?Sections: Recovery LibraryRick's Q & A timeRick's QuestionsAsk RickRL_Category: Affair PreventionBreaking Off The AffairEmotional RegulationFor the Unfaithful SpouseIntrusive ThoughtsQ&A Recovery LibraryRelapse PreventionSafety in RecoverySexual AddictionRL_Media Type: Video
