Question:

I'm struggling with knowing if it’s necessary for me to be doing all these steps again when it has been 10 years since my husband’s affair. I remember asking a lot at the time and I think I got full disclosure from him. I am fuzzy now on certain specifics and I just don't know if it’s beneficial for me to clarify again. I've been wrestling with this for the last 2 weeks now because I feel as if it's hindering the depth of my involvement in this course. I feel like we have good communication and we are doing well at this point that I kind of don't want to rock the boat, but I still have fears that pop up when he is working with his co-worker (which prompted me to take this course). So anyway, I hope that all makes sense. I want to get a more thorough healing from his affair and I want to fully answer these questions but it’s hard when the affair was so long ago.
