Question: 

All I want to do is leave her alone but I cannot control my compulsivity. I am obsessed with emailing or texting and have been cut off from both. My mind says, “Do not push the send button.”, but my fingers do it anyway. I have surely written some stuff that is not fit for human consumption. Yet I cannot stop myself from sending it even though I know better. It's part of the flooding process, I know, but I cannot stop.

I can say 100% and validateThat the videos on flooding and becoming aware of when they happen and how long they happen 4 are very much spot on with that training and that insight,I have been able to kerb some of the compulsivity. I'm not sure is that and becoming more where that is happening or that the feelingAre coming so muchThat The novelty is wearing off of them. I may be diminishing the situation a little because quite frankly it happened today in it happened Yesterday but it didn't happen 4 times each day.
