All I want to do is leave her alone but I cannot control my compulsivity. I am obsessed with emailing or texting and have been cut off from both. My mind says, “Do not push the send button.”, but my fingers do it anyway. I have surely written some stuff that is not fit for human consumption. Yet I cannot stop myself from sending it even though I know better. It's part of the flooding process, I know, but I cannot stop.
