Question:

How do you enforce boundaries short of separation or divorce? D-day was 21 months ago. My husband vacillated between staying and going, and moved out 6 months ago. He moved back a few weeks later, mostly due to our newborn baby I am sure, and committed to emso and hope for healing. Even though I'm sure he's making changes on the inside, I'm not seeing a signigicant paradigm shift on the outside. I do believe he's largely progressed from deep denial to ambivalence thanks to saa and these courses, but we seem to be stuck here, and I just can't live the rest of my life in anxious limbo. How do we progress on my boundary issues on items like disclosure and transparency? Or is separation or divorce my only option?
