Question:

Over the last 5 years we have had 4 D-Days. All of the infidelities involved alcohol - some of the affairs were one night stands and some were friendships with multiple sexual encounters. My wife is in treatment and has been sober for 100 days. We love each other but she asked/told me to move out because she says my anger triggers her desire to drink. Even if I just say something is 'bologna' she wants me to go to anger management therapy. She is the only person with whom I have anger management issues. I feel my anger is mostly related to the drinking and infidelity. I find myself becoming more and more ambivalent about the marriage. What do I do?
