Question:

My husband and I are doing EMS Online and I am doing Harboring Hope. He is also going to a sex therapist as he has had several emotional affairs with massage therapists for years. I discovered it in 2019 - he confessed and said he would change. In October, I discovered he was visiting massage parlors again, but not the ones he had the affairs with. He said he hit rock bottom - and is now in therapy. I am trying to forgive and forget. I just pulled out my file with all the information I have gathered. It's the texts and all the evidence. It brings all of it to the front again. Should I go over it all again with him one last time, and then destroy it in front of him? In a way, I don't want to destroy all the evidence. But I know it is not good to continue to look at it.
