Hi Rick, We are 7 months past discovery day. About 2 months after the discovery I (the betrayed spouse) started having uncontrollable twitching. It could be my leg or arm or head. I noticed this would occur when I was thinking heavily about the affair, or when there was a trigger and especially when I would be next to my husband in bed. As we began to learn how to talk more the twitching has lessened but does come back. My husband recognizes this is happening because of his actions and my trying to deal with our lives now, but he gets discouraged and angry at times. Can you explain to us what is happening here?
