My spouse recently gave full disclosure in preparation for a polygraph. He admitted that he did go to strip clubs, sex clubs, and bars while overseas years ago. In the disclosure I asked if he had touched another women's breast or genital area with or without clothes on. His answer was no. He told me they only touched his neck area and ears. After further questions he did say that the females at these places did grab his hand and put his hand between their legs and on their breasts this happened a couple times. Once he realized what they did he pulled his hand away. He says because he did not do it on his own he does not see that as him touching those parts. I get that he didn't do it himself however he allowed them to do that not just once therefor in my mind by allowing them to do that he did touch them in those areas. Does it matter if someone did it for him or he did it on his own he still touched them in those areas?
