Question:

I am the unfaithful. We are one year exactly from D-Day. I'm in counseling and have completed H4H. My has had a tremendous amount of anger and continues. She won't go back to therapy. She went for a few visits a few months ago. She says this is her problem, she will handle it, she doesn't need anything from anyone. She tells me she feels stuck. She hates me and can't stand to look at me or talk to me. The only reason she hasn't left is our 4 kids. She says if she stays it will be like this forever. She can't see things changing. She says if she leaves the kids will hate her for taking them away from me and others will judge her for not trying to stay. She said no matter what, everything falls on her. I'm the one that cheated and she is forced to manage everything. Can you please help?
