Question:

My husband had an emotional/physical affair for 4 years, about 5 years ago. He broke off the physical part but maintained contact several times a week since they were "just friends". He broke off all contact at D-Day which was about 3 months ago. We are in EMSO. I am not committed to reconciliation yet and I know that saddens my husband. He says he is committed to working it out. Is it normal for me as the betrayed to feel indifferent at this point? I know I want to heal. I want him to heal and figure out why he did what he did. Is it okay to not know if there will be an "US" yet? Thanks.
