Excessive drinking had never been an issue in our marriage, until after discovery. It took us a year before we took EMSO and a lot of unnecessary damage was done in that time. I am by no means perfect. I do want to help my wife heal and want us to be closer. We have great days and even when we disagree, we can usually handle it calmly. I feel like she drinks a lot now and it is causing problems when we interact. Disagreements turn into terrible world wars, but bringing up the fact alcohol is involved goes nowhere. I understand she is in pain and I don't expect her to be all better. I just don't know what to do when she drinks and gets so angry.Sections: Rick's Q & A timeRick's QuestionsRL_Category: Emotional RegulationQ&A Recovery LibrarySafety in RecoveryRL_Media Type: Video
