Question:

My husband and I just attended the EMS Weekend and it was incredible. Our D-Day was in mid-December and we are just beginning our road to recovery. On Sunday, the subject of relapse was discussed. In our case, we have our second child due in 2 months and are looking for some practical suggestions for how to navigate this upcoming season. As you may know or could imagine, a newborn baby results in exhaustion, fatigue, loss of sleep, poor dietary choices, lack of personal space, increased stress and less time for each other, among other things. What are some suggestions you have for us, in terms of how to successfully walk through the coming months? Specifically, for me, the betrayed spouse, to handle the emotional flooding from the affair in addition to postpartum emotions, and for my husband, the unfaithful spouse, to stay out of the danger zone and in a healthy place.
