Question:

We could sue some advice on how to overcome some of the obstacles we are hitting while doing the EMS course. My mate had a very difficult time with writing her week 8 letter (Getting It). She asked for old emails from me. She used those emails to comprise her letter; we were very upfront about this in the group meeting. I tried to convey to her that the letter to me was supposed to be about what she wanted to hear (Her as me writing it) not paraphrasing what I had written her. She felt she was honest by telling the group she was using my email and felt she could not expose herself by writing what she wanted to hear.

This week assignment has also been difficult for us. We have been fighting a lot over it. She has asked me to tell her how she wounded me. I told her that she needs to look with in herself to answer that. That similar to week 8 if I tell her what wounded me I believe it negates the lesson of the week. This has been very upsetting. She feels I am refusing to talk to her and that I also buried my feelings about week eight.

I was wondering if you have any insight and guidance to help me communicate that she needs to write what she believes wounded me in order for week10 lesson to be effective and perhaps try to revisit week 8 and write a new letter.
