Question:

Are there boundaries that need to be followed as an accountability partner within our post EMS small group? I appreciate the value of sharing confidences in a small group who can understand my pain. I am glad to be able to provide a sense of support and encouragement but I am uncomfortable with the level of detail that addictions are bringing to the conversation. What is appropriate and necessary for others to talk about? How can I be supportive without being included in extremely private details?
