We are exactly 10 months out from d-day. My husband's current struggle is that he has a hard time accepting my love, show of affection, compliments...basically anything I try to give him to show him my love. He says it doesn't penetrate his heart because he doesn't feel special since I gave all of these things to my AP. How does he overcome this? How can he see that the things I gave away in my affair do not even compare to the things I give him now from a pure, repentant, sanctified heart? Of all people, I know what love is now, because I have felt the counterfeit and am living the real. Please, help him to be able to accept love from me. Help him see me.
