Question
You speak of the gift of addiction, and I see you have used that gift to help thousands of people. I see that also with many recovering addicts. But as the spouse of one, I want to know the gift of that, too. I want to have a big vision for how loving an addict can be a purpose of its own. Something bigger than me and my relationship. Having that light at the end of the tunnel might be what I need during those dark times, and there are many when living with an addict. It can be so hard sometimes, but the progress is so beautiful to watch unfold.
